Sing With Us

Our choirs lead us in worship by supporting the congregation’s song and in offering anthems to God’s glory and for the edification of the congregation; in preparation to do so, choir members are students of singing, musicianship skills, and the Christian faith. Our singers practice stewardship of their talents and rehearse habits of faithful, self-disciplined, joyous service.

OTHER VOCAL POSSIBILITIES

If other sorts of vocal opportunities (such as solo singing, small ensemble singing, or different choirs, such as short-term “project” choirs) appeal to you, please express your thoughts to Randy Sheets.

Also, Mobile’s Singing Children is based at our church. For more information on this excellent organization, consisting of several auditioned choirs for children, grade 3 through high school, contact director Susan Hoitt at the church, or go to www.mobilesingingchildren.org

VOICE STUDY

Dr. Sheets has a few time slots in which he is available to teach private or small group voice lessons for a small fee. Preference is given to young people who are dedicated to developing their skill and talents and who will practice faithfully in order to do so.
