Sunday Adult Education
Christian Education is a ministry at Spring Hill Presbyterian Church for all ages so “so that everyone who belongs to God may be proficient, equipped for every good work.” (2 Timothy 3:17). Because the 21st Century poses difficult challenges to Christians, Spring Hill Presbyterian Church offers this ministry to everyone that they might “grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18) and “having all sufficiency in all things to abound to every good work” (2 Corinthians 9:8) in our daily lives.
Each of our offerings promises members and visitors encouragement and challenge in their daily walk of being faithful Christians at home, work, school, and leisure. We hope your experience of Christian Education at Spring Hill Presbyterian Church is life-affirming and faith-enriching.
Unless otherwise noted, all these classes meet Sunday mornings from 9:00 to 10:00.
Bible Discovery Class
Meets in the Conference Room at 9:15am on Sunday mornings:
Our study book is “The Mighty Acts of God” written by Dr. A.B. Rhodes and revised by Dr. Eugene March, both from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary.
We know God through divine acts, primarily specific events of history as presented and interpreted in the Bible. We are on a pilgrimage from the Garden of Eden to the New Jerusalem as we journey through the Bible.
Join us as we delve into what God has done, is doing, and will do for us, and our salvation through Jesus Christ. We engage in this study in the faith and the prayer that the Spirit will make God’s will known to us today and enable us to respond to God in faith and obedience.
Conversations With Scripture
Meets in the Parlor at 9:00am on Sunday mornings. Each week, we discuss how Jesus’ teachings and scripture relates to our lives and the world today.

Oct. 12, 19, 26 “Practice Generosity” invites us to be generous as an act of love to God and our neighbor.
